Tires allegedly slashed on over 20 vehicles in St. John's parking lot, band in tuxes lends a hand

As the members of the band Billy and the Bruisers got dressed in their best to play a gala fundraiser for Kids East Smart at the Delta Hotel in St. John's Saturday night, they never imaged they'd wind up changing tires — lots and lots of tires — in their tuxes.
